Hello, everyone. So appreciative of this community. I find people supportive and kind to one another. It has contributed to my desire to continue practicing healthy habits. Thank you, all.
Currently I have shifted my focus from only weight loss, to eating for high sense of well being/with fat loss as a side effect.
I am experimenting with quality proteins, healthy fats, minimizing processed carbs, easing into tighter eating windows.
My process of navigating & selecting methods are based on One Question: "How intensely is my sense of well being increased?"
Thus far, unlimited quality proteins & natural fats has made a Major shift in my body: Calming moods, Restful night sleep, Calming alertness, Calming & Quiet energy makes me active without realizing I wanted to be active in the first place.
Now that I have a higher sense of well being than before, I decided to ease into tighter eating window. When I woke this morning, I was incredibly satiated from increased natural fats and naturally thought of pushing my eating window to Noon.
That's where I am at this point. For sure I will continue to modify and tailor. Sending Good vibes to everyone. God bless us All.
