New low, and gold star day! For the first time in years, I am officially in the "normal" BMI range, and not overweight or obese. When I started on February 1, my BMI was on the cusp of obese, at 29.8... and today, it's 24.9!
It'll go up and down for a while yet... that seems to be the pattern with intermittent fasting, a series of up-and-down stairs! But the trend is downward, I've reached "normal" once, and eventually I'll drop far enough below to stay here. :-) Feels great.
