At my daughter's yesterday. Lots of time in their pool with 4-yo grandson. Daughter being induced this Thurs at 5 am to deliver our 2nd grandchild. Pretty stoked about that. Long bike ride today since its been days since I could get out. Had S'Bucks breakfast 10 miles in. Finished with just over 39 miles all day. It was hot and muggy (over 90). As usual Fitbit blessed me with astounding calorie burn. Got home, made us dinner and watched recorded Olympics with Ms. G. She does love her some Olympics.

Erq. True data. Daughter was able to secure an appt a day early so tomorrow's the day! Ms G. Packing her bag to go spend the night at their house and amuse the grand boy while the miracle unfolds at the hospital.
Little does he know how he's about to be dethroned. Big transition from being home with mom and dad's full attention for the last 2 Covid years.
