I’ve been eating more and less while staying within 2000 calories per day and Now, My weight loss journey is stuck.

I guess, 30kgs were enough to be lost by just diet. I should start working out, now.

working out is necessary. Previously my weight was 70kg and I lost 3 kg by regular 2300-2400 per day calories consumption within a month. Thank you!!

Don't worry 2000 calories perfectly fine. Just walk intensely 30-45 minutes per day. Do it for a month and if you couldn't attain your goal just reduce some more calorie intake

start by power walking and then after a month start doing weights as to avoid skin loosening
