All logged since 7/12

Ordered 2 bikes last night for me and the Mrs. with an ETA 7/21 - 7/26. Hoping to ride 1 x a week with her. I riding solo, I will shoot for 25 miles min with a goal of 50 miles per week min

I will also order a bike trainer so rainy the crappy or cold New England weather will not stop me from achieving my activity goals ( yes Wannabhealthier, finally and thanks for your support and encouragement on and off of FS)

Sounds great, ches! Being in a good "space" makes forward movement so much better. It feels like coasting rather than a climb to do the very same thing. Great plan with the bikes!

How exciting! New bikes!!! Always more enjoyable to have a workout buddy and to mix up the activities! We get alot of rain in Oregon too, not so much snow. But having an indoor option helps with extreme weather temps!!! You logged some miles over the weekend! Great job!!!

Way to go. Love that you ordered a bike for your wife too. When my husband and I got on the same track with getting healthy and exercise we’ve been successful. Congrats on your progress!
