When I started out two years ago I was not able to run more than a few minutes and I did walk/run couch to 5k app. One of my first ones was 49 minutes.

Cool and that is a big imporvement from when you forst started, I used to average about 26 minutes when I could run but after six knee surgeries and a fake knee I only run now if I am chased, but I do walk about three times a week I average about 14 minutes a mile.
