Thanks qqpwpqi =) I am much healthier, last year I was still trying to run (which was still kicking my lungs into flares) and was really impeding my health and quality of life. This year I've been doing biking, controlled cardio that doesn't bother my lungs for months now and am out with lung problems much less and more active in general =)

You guys look great in both pics but yes there is noticeable difference. Your boys are getting bigger while you are getting smaller. It must be nice seeing those changes, congrats!

Your little ones are adorable and you look so well in the latest photo - definitely the way to go :) Take another in a year's time to complete the picture...you'll be glad you did in the future x
