you are right - at 400 g of cheese so no bathroom for a while..... I think this is the reason.

Very encouraging to see someone so close to achieving their goal. I'm not even halfway to mine yet, but I did just break through the barrier between actually obese and merely heavy for my height.

My solution for that part? One quarter of a bran muffin every single day as part of breakfast.
