I second the not weighing yourself more than once a week. Our weight naturally fluctuates from day to day and of course throughout the day. Pick a day that works best for you and a time during that day. For example, I picked Sunday mornings around 9 or before I eat. That allows you to not sabotage yourself if your weight is up one day and to say screw it. It also allows you to see if what you are doing overall throughout the week (in terms of food choices and physical activity) is working. If it isn't then adjust what you are doing and try out something new. Make sure to give yourself a break as well. A cheat day is a good idea maybe as well. Like I won't overeat today, but I will eat that pizza on Friday sort of thing. Keep going!

Do the had work of getting your weight under control now while you are younger — doing it when you are older means you deal with not only your weight issues but the medical problems most often associated with excess weight and diabetes. You can do this. Think lifestyle change. That does not mean a lifetime of deprivation and feeling guilty about everything you eat.

Just do it again and again young lady. Take your time, enjoy holidays, celebrations, then back on track, keep it in mind but don't think of it as a sin. When you have solved the puzzle it will be a piece of cake! Many of us return on FS after a long time and we do better!

Can you go outside and take a ten minute walk when you start to crave food? Is there something you can eat, that you like alot, with very few calories?

I deal with diet distractions weekly seems like friends are planning something every weekend. I finally made a decision last week that my goals and what I want to accomplish (a better quality of life) are more important than getting drunk and stuffing myself with friends
I thought they would give me a ton of shit for it but that didn't happen. That makes it easier to say No Thanks I'm Good

don't give up...If you have to start your health diet a 100 times, then start again till you just keep going and get your motivation back. one day at a time, and then you suddenly realize that you stick to your plan for more tha a day🏃🏻♀️🧘🏻♀️

Don't give up! YOU are worth the effort! I can empathize. one day good two bad. . .just keep going one day at a time, or one meal at a time. Celebrate small victories, with something other than food. positive self talk is essential!
