Goal this summer: to exercise every morning. I've recently read research suggesting that exercise is a habit that spills over into many other areas, and morning exercise (when I've done it) is more rewarding to me than any other. When I exercise in the am, I am more conscious of my eating the rest of the day, more active, and I feel better.
