ok there is a cause and effect- and i think it is caffeine related-
so when i have coffee i tend to stay up later causing me to want to eat but not from actual hunger
so going to try no coffee/caffeine today and see if i can get to bed on time instead of later
so still no coffee- Day 3 of 10 sets of 10 done- JJ-PU-SQ-CR- so cute my 3 & 2 yr old try to do them with me
off to make them Bfast
