After the gym last night. I decided to go to KFC for dinner. They kave a 6pc for $5. Of course this particular KFC was out of Grilled Chicken. Peeling skin off of fried chicken should be a sin (it was torture). I ended the evening with a higher carb intake than I intended, but managed to stay under my max. So I guess it wasn't so bad.
