End of the 6th week and I am 12 lbs down. Average 2 lbs a week is good. This past week I've been plagued with a stabbing ear ache and trip to the Dentist x extraction. Perhaps we will be able to get to the task at hand soon...weight loss. I hope to get 8 more pounds by 6/13. I've been continuing on the diet, but cheating with whole grain chips & dip and a few beers (not cake) at a party. These have been fun but have stymied my weight loss. Increasing the elipitical time to 1 hour for the past 5 days of work out has kept me from putting weight back on, at least. So to recuperate and get back to work!
