Yesterday I didn’t feel well, the a/c at my job was out , I felt really tired like I was going to pass out . Only to find out I was low on salt . I can’t figure out how though, I salt everything really well , more than I care for to be honest . Why is this, can anyone tell me another way to add salt without food tasting like sea water ? Thanks for any help it’s greatly appreciated.
