I've started a new routine of going to the gym. This is along with intermittent fasting. I've decided on Monday to Up my calorie intake by 200 calories on my feed days.

I do only cardio on my fasted days. And weight training on my feed days. I am so ready to be below 200's lbs. Though I find exercise boring, I hope real soon I see a new low on the scale.. so far I keep dancing with 218-215lbs. :( ... soon I HOPE.
