finding it hard to fight the good fight, I seem to do ok until after dark then a monster craving sugar takes over! I have been training like an athlete all week and I'm wondering if there in is the issue, I have done 4 weight training sessions this week and 3 cardio and from my neck to my toes I hurt, note to self don't ask the 20 something fit boys at the gym to sub you with medicine balls and have a competition on weighted pop squats. To my credit I held my own and didn't moan or die until I was in the privacy of my car! My husband thinks this is hilarous as I am usualy the one giving him a hard time about ageing gracefully. Right off to do the kindy drop then yoga, fingers crossed I can get some mobility back there xx
