I need to adjust my exercise (a little daily is preferred to trying to do it all in two days) She was pleased I'm on the Mediterranean plan and I started limiting sodium. If all this get my blood pressure under control, she's happy with keeping it; HOWEVER, if it doesnt improve, I'll be on blood pressure meds and may need to switch to DASH diet. My father was my age when he died from undiagnosed heart disiease, so I actually feel fortunate I caught it so early and got medical care. I'm trying hard to glass half full this.
