I feel stronger after being back in the dance studio for a couple months now! I don’t see any weight loss, but so definitely saw some intense muscle gaining in my legs. Hope to maintain during summer!

Yes exactly! Finding an exercise routine I liked and could stick to definitely helps! Lately I’ve been into Chloe Tings abs and arm workouts lol. Also morning runs hit different.
