Ok here goes... Posting gains is super hard. I've been careening towards the edge for the past few days. My sweet tooth is really kicking my butt with all the dark chocolate caramel that I ate over the weekend. I had a really big weight spike after a weekend at the coast about 6 weeks ago. It all burned off in about a week. I'm hoping this does as well. Going to commit to my exercise regime and eating clean this week. Fingers crossed it comes back off. Happy Memorial Day everyone!
