super depressing weight spike.

my guess is salt and/or flax that I ate.
my digestive issues seem to continue again. so upping the fibre intake.

I've also decided to cut out peanuts this week. .. my love for the peanut butter is too strong and I'm worried I might be taking in more calories than I anticipated. before I panic further I'll just give it a week...again.
