PLEASE HELP! I am so frustrated with my low sodium diet. I'm preplanning tomorow and I'm balanced at macros, but I'm at 997 kcal. What food/ snack has balanced carbs, fat, and protein without adding significant sodium? I'm already at 4 meals and a snack.

Try this: 2 slices Rosen's thin sliced rye, 50 cal/slice. A pack of chicken of the sea wild caught pink salmon, 70 cals. A wedge of laughing cow light swiss, 30 cals. Construct 2 open face sandwiches with all this and top with thinly sliced cuke, tomato and red onion. About 120 cals each at 50% carbs, 35% protein, 15% fat and 200 mg sodium. Eat one and save one for later or tomorrow. Eggs are a good protein source and can be about zero sodium while bringing more fat content. You'll figure it out. Hope this gives you some ideas.

Baby carrots, a serving of raw almonds or walnuts, and some in-season fruit, like cherries, fresh pineapple, or red grapes will bring you a balanced set of macros with no added sodium. Nutritious, whole foods that are crunchy and sweet!

They sound delicious! Although, I should have mentioned no seafood- that would be a worse day for me than high sodium :(
