The scale is finally unstuck! I have stepped up the exercise so that's got to be the magic trick. Walking everyday at the lake with my 21 year old daughter at her rabbit pace. I have to go to the gym today because of the downpour. I don't mind the rain. The temp is warmer and its not snowing!
