When I interrupted exercising, I thought my appetite was going to calm down, even though I had read or heard that exercise actually lowers your appetite, but it somewhat goes against your intuition because, at least with me, I've had the feeling, in the past, that after exercise, my appetite would increase. Anyway, to my surprise, after having interrupted my usual exercise routine, I found myself almost constantly having a huuuge appetite! I just can't stop eating lol. I really have to start making an active effort not to eat so much because food is always in the back of my mind. It's incredible...
Despite this huge appetite, the colossal amount of food I've logged the day before yesterday was partly due to the fact that I was awake for a longer time. But I really have to start ignoring my urges, at least until I start exercising again lol. I think today I'm going to do some light indoor cycling. I am already feeling considerably better :)
Tomorrow I will (if I remember lol) resume my normal routine :)
