Hi everyone, been away for some time . I’m trying to do keto , but am having a difficult time getting my macros on point . Been a week now and I’m averaging fat :62% protein:22% and carbs:16% trying to get it to 70/20/10 . I’m also trying to eat 3k calories ( bmr) but have difficulty reaching 2k , I’m averaging 1884 . I’ve cut out most of the carbs I can think of and the only packaged foods I eat are salad mixes( easier to bring to work) , and frozen veggies . Any suggestions, helpful tips or even criticism ( I don’t get offended) would be helpful. Thanks D
