I need to lose some weight quick before going on a trip to Canada. I am 5'9" and started at 234 lb using my own strict diet (500 to 1000 kcal/day) with minimum carbohydrates. I am very glad to achieve my target weight of 220 lb in 17 days. My next target will be 200 lb after returning from my trip in 3 weeks time.
