*** My New Plan ***

So I am a late starter. Made the mistake many have made in the past by coming out of the gates too fast in the beginning of the year only to get frustrated and quit too soon when changes wern't hapening fast.

So starting this past Sunday, I did:
4/20/2014 1 mile in 20:55 min 6 deg incline [fast walk]
4/21/2014 1 mile 19:03 min 6.5 deg incline while incorporating upper body exercixces every 1/4 mile ( I stopped the treadmill and did those to keep my heart rate up)...

I will drop the incline today down to 3 deg incline while still doing the body weight exercises every few minutes. I expect to see a further reduction in my mile walk/jog time.

Next week, I will increase my distance to 1.5 miles with interval resistance training.

These are my new small steps plan.

BTW, I have started reducing my portions and increasing my H2O intake.
