I use sugar free sweet Italian creme (1 tbs is 15 calories). I’m trying to cut dairy and sugar and it is hard to me.

I change it up, as in whether it’s black, just milk, or milk and sugar—but I rarely use regular dairy milk. I do eat dairy. I just don’t use it that often in coffee, as a symbolic reminder not to eat too much of it.

javadali is correct. black is the lowest calorie option. every once in a while splenda and vanilla extract. but that's when it's sat all day and bitter.

Black and Strong! .... I like dark roast, the darker the better for my mornings. In the evening, I will take decaf, regular blend or light roast.

Black medium roast. Dark roast has less caffeine and light roast has more caffeine.

It’s funny, when I was younger I use to like milk/creamer in my coffee at home but once I got to the office, I switched to black. One day I thought, if I can drink it black at the office why do I put creamer in it at home? So, I changed to black all the time and look forward to each and every pot! And, OMG, my younger days were 50 years ago! Lol!

Cream & sugar for me, it’s my only indulgence. If I plateau, I’ll eliminate.

I have two options. I like my coffee with milk so to me it's worth it to drink 100-150 calories of a flat white. When I am on lower calories and want to spend them elsewhere, I drink espresso with just a little bit (30 ml or less) of foamed milk. If you find good plant-based milk or can tolerate the taste of reduced-fat milk, that will cut calories even further.

One 16 oz cup a day with a heavy splash of whole milk no sweetener. I purchase the individual serving size containers of milk because the only place I use it is in my coffee.

I just use 80mls of lite milk with 3 equals which is 31calories 👍

I totally forgot about vanilla whey protein. That's good. With some sweetener. I use splenda. That's pretty good and gives a protein boost. Chocolate is a little weird for me.

Day to day - black. When fasting I allow myself full fat cream and stevia. Somehow takes the psychological edge off an extended fast.
