I just had the most AWESOME doctors appt!! I am now outta of diabetes zone! He told me I can stop using my CPAP machine! Blood pressure is lowered to a healthy level!
Lowered my cholesterol! I can’t believe it but I can because I am my best resource and SO R U! Keep up the good work y’all Get your head right and your body will follow! Health is Wealth! See you at the target!!🚵🏿‍♀️🚀🙏🏿❤️💯
