Let me elaborate on the point I was trying to make yesterday. Disclaimer: This is what works for me. It's often said that what gets measured gets manged. I have always figured that to mean scale and tape measure. Recently i have turned it around. The measures have changed. The measure is my calorie intake and my workouts.The scale and the tape measure have been reduced to nice to have results. So instead of dreading the weigh in and measurement I focus on ensuring I workout 0 excuses and I remain in a caloric deficit. If I dont keep these measures in check the weigh is what it is. Be consistent,make it fun and sustainable. Difficult will not always mean results because you wont stick to it long enough to see the results.
