I am doing no sugar no flour. I thought it would be hard but it really isn't. I am pretty happy with the results. It has not been fast but it keeps coming off a little at a time and not going up and down on my weight. I have been pretty happy doing the Brightline diet. If anyone wants to try it I can see if I can upload it. There is no pills or nothing to buy. It just tells you what to eat and when. I hope everyone is safe and has a good night.
