So, I successfully completed the Focus T25 workout that I began in January without having missed a day. I've decided to take a break this week and begin the P90X workout routine on Monday. In the meantime, I'm going to be lazy because, well, I've fallen a bit ill, too. On to the next round (on Monday).

I don't know what the Focus T25 is , but it is impressive that you never missed a day!!!! Now you are going to do the P90X. I take my hat off to you, you are my hero! Take care of your self though, rest so you don't get sick.
