Milestone hit today, morning sugar was at an all time low of 141! Yesterday at 4:00 pm it was 125! Holly moses, finally some improvements since starting the life style change. Still the weight is coming off VERY slowly, but I look and feel so much better. Even though I really haven't lost in the past couple of months, people keep asking me if I'm still loosing weight. I guess it is showing more now? I know my face looks a lot thinner :)
