Finally finished moving😐 this weekend killed me. I didn't do any exercise but had so much lifting and housework to do so that counts. Eating habits were not great at all. My daughter is down with the flu aswell so minimal sleep all together. My weigh in on Friday was 54.7 kg. I think it will be back up to my maintenance weight now again. Anyway, I can now get back into my normal routine again. Have a good week everyone!
