Keep talking those progress pictures. Just remember that when you have a lot of pounds to loose it is sometimes hard for others to see those week to week fine nuances that you see. .maybe even 50 lb. please don’t get discouraged. Take those pictures for yourself so you can document your great progress as you work to your goal.
