I had a great workout today. I am feeling better today than yesterday. Still slightly sore but I am okay. I just pulled a muscle in my back from my workout two days ago.

Be gentle with the back. I've messed mine up badly twice lifting and was out of commission for weeks. :'( Great job keeping motivated though. :D

Ditto on the back. Be careful. Messed me up for months. Not worth it.

For muscle knots and sore spots, I put a tennis ball in a sock, throw it over your shoulder and lean against a wall, gets in those sore spots surprisingly well ! 🎾 🧦
