Today is about drinking lots-o-water and moving my but after work. My Plan B (if too cold outside) will be the lonely treadmill. I'm getting better at the diet & will power in general...so today I want to sweat for change. Tomorrow I'll tell you all about it!

The doggie & I walked outside, about 2 miles...no sweat though. Still too cold - Hurry up Spring!! Still glad I got outside and moved rather than sitting on the couch. Think tonight it'll be (indoors) pilates.
