Today was a nice day even thou I was not able to exercise, I’m trying to get my drivers license and next Tuesday I’ll have the theory exam so my days this week consist on attending university online and studying for my drivers.
To cope with all of this I’m trying to fast and then eat well at lunch and dinner, having a piece of fruit if hungry at mid evening.
It actually helps me to concentrate os studying because I’m not going about “gettin something from the kitchen”, I’ve been having lots of coffee must say.

Tonight for “dessert” I had a bowl of warm oats with milk to which I added a banana, it was delicious and I believe it was under 300 calories.
