I've only started walking consistently and working out this week and can't believe how much it's already helping my sleep and water intake. It is amazing!

how long does it take you to walk 8 to 10 miles a day. Hubby and I use to do 3 miles a day which took about a hour. Just curious as to how long you walk each day. that is awesome.

It takes me 15 minutes per mile. If I start talking on my telephone, 20 minutes....clearly I can’t walk and talk at the same time 😄.
I usually split it up during the week. I walk 2 to 4 miles at lunch and the remaining in the evening. I start a little after 5:00 pm
