Tonight there was a champions soccer game so I ate lots of popcorn and sunflower seeds at night and that’s okay.
I ate good today , I’m trying to eat healthy (which means no over processed foods basically) and avoid snacking, when the time comes I do not restrict I eat till I’m no longer feeling hungry. I will try not restrict as I did long time ago.
This is something I want to maintain.

I will weight again next Sunday.
