Sorry for the rant. According to my scale I gained muscle mass, and lost fat. Okay- I’m a happy camper. I did 45 minutes of strength training yesterday. But I will eat up to my calorie goal today. I have been eating more raw, so that takes effort to get the calories up. All the best, guys!
