I learned that the BMI targets for older adults are different from the standard charts. Older adults need a little hedge against illnesses it seems, and there is too great of a risk of losing bone mass and muscle with weight loss programs. So I thought I would move my weight goal down 4 more pounds, but in light of this I will call myself done and do maintenance and resistance training. Happy Easter!

Yeah they hadn't made any new changes as far as I know online. I guess the best bet would be to talk to your doctor if anything.

I usually read from government reports rather than depend on opinions online, so I feel comfortable with the information. I really do not have confidence that physicians stay up with literature in the field of nutrition. They do the best that they can.
