Yesterday I didn't really eat anything throughout the day. When I got home from the gym my body was starving! That's when I started thinking about all the delicious foods that I cannot eat. My regular dinner of soup wasn't going to do it for me. I am so close to 175 and I am determined to not cheat on my diet, but last night certainly tested my will power, had there been a bag of jelly beans sitting in front of me I would not have been able to resist. The weekend is almost here and I allow myself a cheat day, but I am going to try really hard to still be healthy.
