You have lost 20 lbs in two months.....take a break or you might have your body slow its matabolism and lose nothing. Eat another 150 calories a week to let your body adjust. You should still lose weight. Not worth the extra exercise either. I did that. You are allowed 1600 calories....under 1200 is harmful. I am sorry . Trying to spare others.

Everyone plateaus at some point. It will pass, as maddening as it is right now. Salads and 7 miles is awesome!

I agree w/JustBananas. You could add a little protein to your salads: Boiled egg, fish, lean meats, chicken, beans, etc. Or, you could drink protein shakes too. I luv salads. I could live off of salads, Chinese food, & tacos. I think I already do that....lol (*_-)

I tried to send a private message but it won't take. I see you reduced calories drastically in the mid month. You lost 6.5 lbs in February and 8. 5 in March for a total of 15 out of your 20. But then you did not enter any exercise, whether you did any or not, a mere metabolic rate is essential to enter to keep the numbers accurate. (exercise/energy spent minus food divided by 3500 to find pounds lost and whether your entries are accurate.) You are slowing your metabolism and will exercise more and eat less while losing less. I did the same in January and should have lost 3 times as much for my efforts.
