It was the pizza I ate on Friday. No worries, I've been working out like crazy for our trip to Playa del Carmen so I'm sure I'll lose it. I'm determined to get into my bathing suit without worrying about how flabby I might look.. It does amaze me that no matter how much weight I've lost, or how much muscle I've gained, I still feel insecure . 💜

I am very excited! We love to travel( As you guys all know...) but it's mostly in our RV. Going on a plane to somewhere we've never been will be quite an adventure! 💜💜

I always wore my swimsuits...even when I was heavier. With all the work you've done....losing weight & exercising you should wear your's with pride. Buy a cute cover up to wear til you get to the beach or pool if you feel self conscious. People really aren't paying much attention anyway. They may notice & think you look great 😀

Sherrye I did just get a cover-up. It does make me feel alittle more secure. Thanks for good tip! I'm bring2 bathing suits, one skimpier than the other so there's always plan B..💜💜
