Last year I weighed at one time 208, then 206..last Dr. visit in January was at 203lbs I'm at 194.4 today.. going to try to beat it down to 190 by the end of this month...I only have a wk so IDK..but either way I'm not going up..Im going to go back for my check up in July and she will have to take "Obese" OFF my chart...
