So, today didn't go great but not a total loss either. I logged breakfast but I didn't log the rest of the day. Kind of time consuming (later I saw the add multiple items!) I will play with it a little tomorrow and figure it out. I think I was pretty close to the calorie limit until I had some ice cream after dinner.... ugh, hubby brought me some when he got a bowl. I haven't said anything about trying to lose some weight to him because, well because. Anyway I did accomplish something big, NO SODA! I had my morning coffee and then only water the rest of the day. That's pretty big for me! Baby steps....

It's easy on this app to add your own foods. So I eat 1 egg, 1/2 cup of egg whites, two slices of toast w/cream cheese almost every day...underneath the entry you'll find a button "save meal", click it and pick a name for it. Next time you just go to your saved meals and pick from that list without having to enter each item again and again. And once it is in your diary you can still change things (like how much cream cheese I used that day). Total life saver, especially if you have a recipe with lots of ingredients. I often cook in bulk (burgers, chili, etc) and calculate out my ingredients per serving (or per ounce) and save the meal to easily enter it when I eat more of it. Great idea on giving up soda (or switching to diet)👍 If you usually drink 3 cans a day, that's nearly 3000 calories per week (or almost a pound) you're cutting out. Small changes like that can have a huge impact over time...keep up the good work.
