Hi! My name is Amy. I'm new to fatsecret but certainly not new to trying to lose weight. I've had a lot of success in the past with Weight Watchers. I recently discovered fatsecret and have been double tracking on here and WW. I have decided to forgo my WW membership and exclusively use FS! I like how it breaks down nutrients and doesn't just assign points to everything. Also, free really helps!

I'm hopeful to make some friends on here to have and give some support. My biggest struggle is I'm not a very good self-motivator. My husband is super skinny and just doesn't get it. He never intentionally sabatoges me, but he does absent-mindedly present many challenges.

I know that I will have to focus on my weight for the rest of my life. I'm 31 years old and it's time I finally get this thing under control!
