I'm very encouraged with the site. I hasn't quite been a week and I've been able to journal pretty well. In the past journaling has been a down fall because I hate to write everything I eat and calculate it all. This is better, easier and faster.

I got up today and forgot about the time change. My walking buddy didn't make it, though I thought she did and that I missed her by oversleeping the "spring forward" hour. But turns out, our first walk yesterday challenged both of us. I put a hot pad on my feet most of the day and she had "twitches" lol. So, I will probably find a way to walk somewhere today in the park & combo that with painting, maybe.

I appreciate all of your support. I hope for the success of all of us on the site. Day by day writing what you eat, I'm finding like everyone else, that it's revealing and helpful for deciding what you will eat to make better choices for whatever your goals are for the day.
