Ok, so I stopped working out in hopes to lose some weight (sounds crazy to me but this is what I am being told). And... I gained a pound! Sooo frustrated! I have been on Atkins for almost two weeks now resulting in only weight gain :( What is going on? My body is usually really accepting of diets, especially if I am working out. Not this one, I guess. I am really hoping I lose weight this week because I am really enjoying the food choices on Atkins...just not enjoying the results...
