This idea of trying to lose weight where I have liberty of chosing what I want to eat (under 1500 calories a day) is not working out. Im giving myself to many nice things. I am considering doing the Dukan diet full on again. After all, I did lose 40 pounds on it last time. But eating all that meat, I just dont know if I can get it down. Feeling so frustrated, I need a plan!!
